Inagural NatHERS 'Why? Workshop
This event is designed as both an opportunity to network with other Assessors whilst learning how, and more importantly, why we rate buildings the way we do.

Time & Location
10 May 2019, 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Western Suburbs Leagues Club, 10 Old Leumeah Rd, Leumeah NSW 2560, Australia
About the Event
This workshop is designed to create both a learning and networking experience for Assessors. The session is designed to be participant led with attendees asked to submit rating, regulatory and other questions prior to the day.
So why is it a ‘Why? workshop’?
At Efficiency Assessments Support and Training (EAST) we aim to explain why we do things, not just how. We believe this leads to building self assurance and the confidence to make professional decisions ( AND explain them) when things are not straight forward.
We would like to send your questions and associated drawings prior to the day so that we can try and cover as much as we can. On the day we will work through the examples, discussing different options and coming up with suitable solutions. It is about learning from each other, bringing diverse backgrounds together and looking at things from different perspectives. We hope you will also form connections with other Assessors that may come in handy in the future.
Participants will receive a 3 month complimentary Bronze EAST help desk membership. Includes instant chat, fully moderated group access, knowledge-base access, email support, newsletters and discounts on future events and services*.
